RRC NR Act Apprentice 2025 Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria for RRC NR Act Apprentice 2025

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed Matriculation/10th Class (minimum 50% marks) under the 10+2 examination system from a recognized board and must have passed ITI in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT recognized by the Government of India. Applicants awaiting results are NOT eligible to apply.

2. Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 15 years (as on 24.12.2025)
  • Maximum Age: 24 years (as on 24.12.2025)
  • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD, up to additional 10 years for Ex-Servicemen as per rules.
  • Age calculation date: 24.12.2025

3. Nationality

Candidates must be Indian citizens as specified in the official notification.

Selection Process for RRC NR Act Apprentice 2025

  • Screening and scrutiny of applications
  • Merit-based selection on the average of percentage marks obtained in both Matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) and ITI examination, giving equal weightage
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Fitness/Physical Standards (as per rules)
