The Institute is committed to quality education through open and distance learning mode upto pre-degree level. NIOS invites online applications from eligible candidates for the following Group ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’ posts:-

Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)# 11 vacancy's 

Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ (UR/OBC) ₹1200/-

Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ (EWS) ₹600/- 

Group ‘C’ (SC/ST) ₹500/-

Naval Dockyard Apprentice

  Applications are invited from ITI qualified INDIAN national candidates for Apprenticeship Training in the following designated trades for a period of one year at Naval Dockyard Apprentices School, Visakhapatnam, [DAS (Vzg)] for the Apprenticeship training batch 2026-27 ni accordance with Apprentices Act 1961 read ni conjunction with Apprenticeship Rules 1992 as amended from time to time:- Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria.  1 SSC/ Matric/ Std X  : 50% 2 ITI (NCVT/ SCVT) : 65% Age. No upper age restriction for apprenticeship training as per Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) office memorandum No. F.No. MSDE-14(03)/2021 AP-(PMU) dated 20 Dec 21. Minimum age is 14 years and for hazardous trades ti is 18 years according to 'The Apprentices Act 1961.
