Ts iti admissions General Instructions:

1. Candidate shall be an Indian National.

2. Candidates should have passed 10th Class Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent such as Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education (ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), Telangana Open School Society (TOSS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS) and 10th class Examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India.

3. The candidates who have passed 8th class are also eligible for admission into certain Trades but preference is given for 10th class Passed / Failed Candidates.(Please refer trade details at home page)

4. Candidates who have attained the age of 14 years as on 01-08-2022 are eligible. However, there is no upper age limit.

5. Single online Application is adequate to apply for Admissions into any of the Government and Private I.T.Is in Telangana State and Physical form of application need not be submitted.

6. While applying online, the options for ITI/Trade also needs to be exercised in preferential order in whichever he/she is interested.

7. The detailed program of Admission will be notified in the leading newspapers, available in the website “https://iti.telangana.gov.in“and in all the I.T.I.s. Candidates are advised to watch for the same and will be familiarized with the web counseling/Online Admissions procedure and the relevant information with regard to the seats open/Trades/Institutes is available in the website.

8. No call letters will be sent to the candidates for any intimation but the communication will be made through SMS to the registered mobile number of candidate. However, the information will also be available in the website https://iti.telangana.gov.in. At the end of admission process, no request for change of Trade / I.T.I. is permissible.

9. However, mere applying does not entitle any right for the candidate to be considered for Admission unless he/she satisfies all other conditions prescribed for the purpose.

Instructions for Application submission:

1. The Candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully and also refer the User Manual available in the website.

2. It is mandatory that the applicants should possess unique Aadhar Number, Unique Mobile Number and Unique Email ID and Mobile Number & Email ID changing is not allowed till students completed the Trade/Course.

3. The candidate should keep ready the following before applying...

· Mobile Number

· E-mail ID

· Aadhaar Card

· Scanned copy of 10th Class/8th Class Memo or its equivalent

· Scanned copies of Study/ Bonafide certificates

· Scanned copy of Caste Certificate

· Scanned copies of other Certificates if applicable i.e Residence, PH, Ex-Ser, EWS, Orphan etc.

· Latest Passport size Photograph and Scanned copy of Signature (size 04kb to 100kb)

Registration

· After Visit of  Website https://iti.telangana.gov.in Click on “APPLICANT LOGIN”, Click on “NEW APPLICANT” (If already registered click on  “ALREADY REGISTERED)

· Enter the Applicant Name, Fathers Name, Mothers Name, Date of Birth etc as per the Marks Memo. Enter Mobile number and E-mail ID to register (Mobile Number and Email ID changing is not allowed till the students passed the course).

· Create and confirm the password and sin up, password will be sent via SMS to the Registered Mobile Number and email immediately. It should not be shared to others under any circumstances. Mobile Number will be the Candidate’s Login ID to submit online Admission application. This Login ID will be verified for all future admission related online activities.

Filling of online Application:

· Applicant Details:  After login, click on “Applicant Details” for “Qualification” entry, select from the appropriate drop downs (10th Pass or 10th Fail or 8th Pass). Select Name of the Board, Month & Year of passing, enter Aadhaar Number, Select the Reservation Details from drop downs, enter address and other details, etc. “Save & Proceed”.

· Photo & Sign Upload: Upload scanned copy of latest passport size photo 35mm x 45mm and Signature of the Applicant, “Save & Proceed”.

· Educational Details: Enter the educational details and marks /GP as per the Qualified mark sheet, “Save & Proceed”.

· Documents Upload: Upload scanned copies of all supporting certificates which are already scanned, “Save & Proceed”.

· Options Submission: Applicant should submit the Options as per his/her Preference by selecting District/Govt/Private/ITI Name/Trade, after confirming preference selection list appear with fee details and repeat the same procedure for number of options,  “Save & Proceed”.

· Preview & Submit: Applicant should check the applications by preview before submit. The applicants are instructed to get a “Print-out” of filled online application and ensure that the particulars are correct in all respects before final submission. If any of the particulars are found incorrect, edit the application, accordingly by using “Edit” option. Then “Save & Proceed”.

Rejection of Application: The applicant’s candidature is liable for rejection on the following grounds:

· If the Applicant submits incomplete Application.

· If the Applicant fails to satisfy the conditions of eligibility.

· In case the application is rejected, no correspondence will be entertained.

· If the information submitted by the applicant is found false, at any point of time, the application / seat allotted will be cancelled, besides appropriate action will be initiated against the candidate.
